HP Discover 2016, London

HP Discover Barcelona 2016, this time in London, has become one of the must-attend enterprise conferences of the year, featuring hundreds of sessions covering the hottest topics in the IT industry today – big data, converged cloud, security, risk management and more.

With 10,000 attendees pouring into the Excel Conference Centre in London, over 75 sponsors, 35 industry analysts and 500 sessions taking place over two-and-a-half days, this was definitely not one to miss.

comXpert was responsible for the following 3 areas of the conference:

Overall printing on the conference. Here we took the logistical and technical organization of over 100 event printer by setting them up in the event network with different printer solutions.

On the HP Inc. booth itself, we had been responsible for the coordination of global equipment delivery and for the professional setup of the latest devices. After the conference, we were responsible of the smooth return shipment of the equipment to its destination of origin.

Furthermore, we had been responsible for the Enterprise Transformation Workshop walls and for the setup and handling of the digital training screens.
