Profile: Prepare and maintain a printing center for the use of participants. In parallel, prepare the exhibition stand and install the infrastructure for a major customer.

Participants: Approx. 1,000 - 2,000

Equipment: High capacity printers, paper, supplies, complete stand equipment for a large customer, network, WLAN, Web-Access, back-office infrastructure

Tasks:

Provide all devices and necessary infrastructure
Logistics organization and transport of equipment
Install and maintain all infrastructure
Dismantle and pack all equipment
Event management in association with the customer's representative and the location owner
Challenges:

Significant reduction in paper use in the print center from 1.5 million sheets
Develop a print-on-demand solution. Result: 75% reduction in paper usage to 360,000 sheets
Consultation with relevant marketing agencies
