Profile: Partner Solution Trainings on HP MFP printer for HP internal technical consultants

Location: pan-European

Timeframe: 1 year; Event length 2 days ; Project preparation 2 weeks

Participants: Per country, approx. 40 employees per day

Equipment: 3 different HP MFP printer types with 4 different partner solutions

Tasks:

Provide all required devices and infrastructure
Transport all equipment within required timeframe
Install and maintain all infrastructure
Installation of the different solutions
Unpack and reload the show trailers
Dismantle and pack all equipment
Event management in association with the customer's representative and the location owner
Challenges:

Pre-visits to the various plannend locations not possible
Required to master products still in development as a basic for the installation
Extreme time pressure with no margin for error
Regional/national requirements
Ensure sufficient equipment and parts, as well as accessories
Theft prevention
