Profile: Internal Sales Training, in order to bring the PC and Printer division together and teach them on the actual pc, notebook, printer hardware as well as on according supplies and accessories

Locations: Ljubljana/Slovenia, Milano/Italy, Stockholm/GWE, Paris/France, Istanbul/Turkey, Dubai/UAE, Geneva/Swiss, Amsterdam/The Netherlands, Alleroed/Danmark, Zurich/Swiss, Prague/Czech, Madrid/Spain, Boeblingen/Germany, Bracknell/UK, Erskine/UK

Timeframe: 5 months; Event length - 2 days; Project preparation - 2 months

Participants: 50 - 80 per country per day

Equipment: Laser and Ink printers, network, WLAN, Web-Access, back office infrastructure

Tasks:

  • Provide all required devices and infrastructure
  • Logistics organization air freight and street transportation of equipment within the project timeframe
  • Overviewing and controlling technical Eventbudget
  • Install and maintain all infrastructure
  • As required, assist in product presentation on the basis of in-depth knowledge of new products
  • Dismantle and pack all equipment
  • Event management in association with the customer's representative and the location owner

Challenges:

  • Required to master products still in development as a basis for the installation
  • Complex customs procedures
  • Extreme time pressure with no margin for error
  • Theft prevention
