TechU Roadshow 2011

This European Roadshow is about the latest solution portfolio of our customer. It will take place in Germany, The Netherlands, U.K., France and Italy.

We will have a dry-run here in Germany before the main event series will start. During this we will control the functionality of equipment, trainings content as well as organisational flow of the event.

comXpert GmbH responsibility is:

• scheduling the according country routing
• budget overview
• coordinating the hardware according HP equipment
• installing all notebooks and servers
• concepting the local network inclusive the special server demands
• coordinating supplies and paper
• overviewing the set-up times
• organizing the transports
• helping the trainers to have the right hard- and software availalbe
• on-site support during the training days
